Our Doctors
Brandon S. Percival, DPM, ABPM
Dr. Brandon Percival is originally from Crockett, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry in 1992. He then received his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in 1997. Dr. Brandon Percival completed his surgical residency at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System.
He and his wife, Dr. Julie Percival, moved to South Carolina to start their own practice in 1999. The doors of Carolina Podiatry Group, Inc. opened in Sept 1999 and have been “growing” strong ever since. Dr. Brandon Percival became board certified with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine in 2003. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and The American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine. Dr. Brandon Percival was elected to serve on the S.C. Board of Podiatry as an examiner. He also served as an officer for the South Carolina Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Brandon Percival continues his education by attending annual scientific conferences where he stays current on all of the newest technology. He is affiliated with Medical University of South Carolina Lancaster, Piedmont Medical Center, Medical University of South Carolina, Chester and The Surgery Center at Edgewater.
In his spare time, Dr. Brandon enjoys hunting, fishing, golf and spending time with his wife and two sons.
Julie A. Percival, DPM, ABPM
Dr. Julie Percival is from West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. She graduated from Stonehill College in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology & Chemistry. She received her Doctorate in Podiatry from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in 1997. Dr. Julie Percival completed a two year residency program at West Roxbury Veterans Administration Medical Center in 1999. She then joined her husband, Dr. Brandon Percival, in South Carolina to start their private practice, Carolina Podiatry Group, Inc. Their practice has grown to include three offices located in Lancaster, Rock Hill, and Indian Land and Steele Creek.
Dr. Julie Percival She continues to stay abreast of current technology and procedures by attending annual scientific conferences.. She has been a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association since 1999.
Dr. Julie is currently not practicing due to a motor vehicle accident in 2017 from which she is still recovering. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Baseball is a major influence and passion in her life.
William Harris, IV, D.P.M., FACFAS
Dr. William Harris IV, a native of Lancaster, SC, is double board certified in foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery. Dr. Harris is also a co-founder of the International Limb Salvage Foundation, whose mission is to advance the knowledge and training of foot and ankle care providers in underserved and underrepresented countries to comprehensively treat citizens with diabetic foot disease. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC. He then went on to graduate from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and subsequently completed an extensive four-year foot and ankle surgical residency specializing in trauma and reconstructive surgery at the University of Pennsylvania – Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Harris has several publications in peer-reviewed medical journals and has co-authored chapters in Heel Surgery and Orthobiologics in McGlamrys textbook of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He also serves as a peer-reviewer for the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Harris is a past-president of the South Carolina Podiatric Medical Association and currently serves on the South Carolina Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners.
In his spare time Dr. Harris enjoys hunting, fishing, football and spending time with his wife and two children.
Robert Ezewuiro, DPM
Dr. Robert Ezewuiro hails from Hamilton, NJ. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Rutgers University in 2010. Subsequently, he went on to earn his Masters in Public Health from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey with a concentration in healthcare administration in 2012. He then went on to graduate from Temple University, School of Podiatric Medicine in 2016. Next, he completed a rigorous three-year foot and ankle surgical residency specializing in trauma and reconstructive surgery at Jefferson Northeast Health in Philadelphia, PA in 2019.
Dr. Ezewuiro is well-versed in podiatric medicine and surgery. His special interests include trauma, sports medicine, reconstructive surgery, and diabetic limb salvage.
Dr. Ezewuiro is an avid runner. He also enjoys basketball, football, movies, music, and comedy.
Katlin O'Hara, DPM, ABPM
Dr. Katlin O’Hara is originally from Kingston, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises. She then received her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Katlin O’Hara completed her three year surgical residency at Phoenixville Hospital outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Katlin O’Hara is board certified in foot and ankle surgery and podiatric medicine. Her special interest includes Wound Care management. She is currently affiliated with The Medical University of South Carolina-Lancaster and The Surgery Center at Edgewater.
In her spare time, Dr. O’Hara enjoys swimming, running, and spending time with her family and dog.
Kinjal Patel, DPM
Dr. Kinjal Patel grew up in Wilkesboro, NC. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Biological Sciences. She then received her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Kinjal Patel completed her surgical residency training at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
Dr. Kinjal Patel gained her board certified from American Board of Podiatric Medicine in 2015. Dr. Kinjal Patel specializes in podiatric medicine, diabetic limb salvage and wound care.
In her spare time, Dr. Kinjal Patel enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, crafting and spending time with her family.
Graham Rigby, DPM
Dr. Graham H. Rigby grew up in the area north of Baltimore, Maryland. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University in Mass Communications with a minor in Chemistry. He then received his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Rigby then completed his three-year residency in foot and ankle surgery at Phoenixville Hospital near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Rigby is board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is passionate about sports medicine, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, and diabetic limb salvage.
In his leisure time, Dr. Rigby enjoys both disc golf and golf, hiking, mountain biking, watching baseball, and spending time with his family.
Willman Pearcey, DPM
Dr. Willman S. Pearcey, Jr. was born in a small town in southeastern Colorado and raised on his family’s farm. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University in Psychology. He received his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, FL. Dr. Pearcey completed his three-year residency in foot and ankle surgery at Phoenixville Hospital near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Pearcey is board-qualified in Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, as well as board- qualified in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He has been well trained in many aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery to include trauma, sports medicine and minimally invasive surgery (MIS).
Dr. Pearcey is an automobile enthusiast. He also enjoys computers and technology, weight lifting, and spending time with his wife.
